Green Companies-The company offers the opportunity to the veterans because they know the challenges that veterans in an effort to transition to civilian life. The situation is exacerbated by the current levels of unemployment. Some veterans may not be in a good position to know where to look for a job or they may lack the skills and training needed.

For this reason, most Green Companies  targeting veterans with the aim to help them make the transition to civilian life. It is not only beneficial to the veterans, but also the company itself, as it will benefit from the sense of discipline, team building and work ethic that the army is known for. In addition to that, these companies get more value for the training of veterans undergo their skills in a great asset that companies can use.

There are various ways in which veterans can become integrated into Green Companies . For starters, they can take advantage of seasonal or permanent opportunities arise. The veterans were helped by career counselors to keep their jobs mapped according to their needs. Their skills, knowledge and experience will analyze and refine their CV to allow them a variety of jobs opening in various green companies. That way the veterans connected to various employers, making it easier for them to find jobs that match their skills.
